Terms & Conditions

• If we do not receive artwork/leaflets before the deadline, we will move your advert to the next edition of the magazine.
• If we receive artwork but do not receive payment before the deadline given, your advert will still be printed and you will be responsible for payment in full
• If we do not receive payment by 28 days after the payment deadline, your order will incur a 10% surcharge.
• Any outstanding payments by 60 days after the payment deadline will be referred to a debt collection agency.
• You have the right to cancel your advertising before the deadline given above.
• We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that we find unsatisfactory or inappropriate.
• Please send artwork in PDF or JPG format. We accept most other types of document but formatting cannot be guaranteed.
• We retain the right to alter adverts as we see fit to suit the layout and size of the advertising space within the magazines.
• We accept no liability for adverts that do not display clearly since we provide dimensions for each advert size- it is your responsibility to ensure the artwork is to a suitable scale and quality.
